Job summary

EcoWorld International is seeking a Manager for Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle of property projects, driving feasibility, submissions, and detailed design. You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, securing approvals and aligning with regulatory standards.

You will use GIS, BIM, AutoCAD, and scheduling tools to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery, with a focus on large-scale developments and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, urban planning, or related discipline.
• Accreditation in project management or urban planning is an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in project planning, town planning, or real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Oversee submission drawings, layouts, and technical documents for authority approvals.
• Coordinate with planners, architects, engineers to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
• Review detailed design drawings and ensure BIM/coordination across disciplines.
