Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia, seeks Manager, Project Planning & Development to lead full planning lifecycle of property developments, from feasibility to implementation, ensuring alignment with regulations and stakeholder expectations.

You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, drive approvals, integrate digital planning tools, and ensure on-time, quality delivery across stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban Planning, or related discipline.
• Accreditation in Project Management or Urban Planning is an added advantage.
• At least 7 years’ experience in project planning, town planning, or real estate development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants.
• Experience in large-scale mixed-use, township, high-rise, or industrial developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: lead feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Submission Plan: develop submission drawings and coordinate with authorities for approvals.
• Detailed Design Development: review design drawings, BIM coordination, and validation.
• Implementation (Mock-Up): manage project mock-ups reflecting approved designs.
