Job summary

EcoWorld in Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Project Planning & Development (PPD) to lead the full planning lifecycle of property development projects, encompassing concept development, regulatory submission, detailed design, and implementation. The role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, statutory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, urban planning, or related field.
Accreditation in Project Management or Urban Planning is an added advantage.
At least 7 years' experience in project planning, town planning, or real estate development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and secure statutory approvals.

Responsibilities

Concept Development (Feasibility Study): Lead early-stage planning, including feasibility studies and site analysis, aligning with design and commercial goals.
Submission Plan: Oversee the development of submission drawings and technical documents for authority approvals, ensuring timelines.
Detailed Design Development (Construction Drawing): Review and coordinate detailed design drawings from consultants across disciplines and ensure BIM coordination.
Implementation (Mock‑Up): Manage planning and execution of project mock-ups reflecting approved designs and integrate feedback.
