Job summary

Kimlun Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based property development company, seeks a capable project planner/developer to support planning, development, and approvals. You will coordinate with consultants, track progress, and help ensure quality and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires a degree in Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering or related field, with 2–5+ years' experience for higher levels, and strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering or building construction related field.
• 2–5 years for Executive level, more than 5 years for Manager level.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for reviewing drawings and paperless work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scope, deliverables, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Support regulatory compliance and planning approvals processes.
• Prepare tender and construction drawings and assist contract administration.
• Monitor progress, quality, and risk across projects.
