Job summary

EPCM Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Project Executive to work closely with architects, consultants and the Project & Development Team on real development projects. You will gain hands-on exposure and support project coordination from planning to handover.

Key requirements include a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience in property development or construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Property Development or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property development, construction or project coordination
• Experience in dealing with consultants and government authorities will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project & Development Team in coordinating projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and authorities
• Follow up on design matters, submissions and approvals
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding matters
• Prepare reports, project correspondence and maintain project documents and records
• Assist with project handover and completion
• Support the team in day-to-day project coordination

Education

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Property Development or related fields
