Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager (Property Development) to lead real estate projects from concept through completion at our Kuala Lumpur operations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with a focus on quality and safety benchmarks.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and main contractors, navigate approvals, manage budgets, and uphold QA/QC standards across sites. A strong background in commercial development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate background.
• 7-10 years in property development project management role.
• Experience in commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall project execution, site operations, and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

About the Job

As a Project Manager (Property Development), you will play a central leadership role in driving real estate projects from concept through to final completion. You will lead end-to-end execution, ensuring developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard-setting quality and safety benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall project execution, site operations, construction timelines, and budget compliance for commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds.


• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and local authorities.


• Navigate and secure required statutory approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance clearances.


• Track project milestones, identify potential operational risks early, and implement swift mitigation strategies.


• Maintain rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) alongside health, safety, and environmental standards across site operations.


• Manage contract administration, evaluate variation orders (VOs), assess claims, and track expenditures against project budgets.
