Job summary

MTD Group in Malaysia seeks an Executive, Property Development to assist in planning, coordination, and implementation of development projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality standards and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field and 2–3 years of property development experience. You will coordinate design development, monitor programs, review submissions, and support cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of property development experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development with appointed consultant teams for Development Order and BP approvals.
• Monitor the master Work Program and project timeline.
• Provide input to Contract, Government Liaison, S&M, Finance and Design teams on project planning matters.
• Review submissions and construction drawings for completeness.
• Oversee construction activities to meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Manage Variation Orders (VO) across contracts.
• Follow up with consultants and contractors on CCC checklists and applications.
• Coordinate handover to Facilities Management with defect checks.
