Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering, manufacturing and R&D initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes project coordination, technical documentation, reporting and clear stakeholder communication across teams and clients.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure activities and records are accurate and on schedule, while maintaining rigorous document control and preparing concise reports

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, engineering administration or a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or R&D environment preferred.
• Strong experience in project documentation and technical documentation.
• Good technical writing and report-writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups.
• Prepare, maintain and organize project and technical documentation.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates and presentation materials.
• Prepare, compile and review technical documents, specifications, drawings and project records.
• Track project schedules, milestones, action items and outstanding deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, R&D, operations and other internal teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Follow up on project actions and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Maintain proper document control and ensure project records are updated and accessible.
• Support project meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and action trackers.
