is seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to develop and maintain short- and long-term production plans, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. The role requires SAP proficiency, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to address planning challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with at least 5 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP, production planning, demand planning, material planning, and capacity management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools, with strong capability in data analysis, reporting, and planning optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory.
• Utilize SAP and planning tools to analyze demand and convert requirements into supply plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve planning challenges.
• Monitor capacity and material constraints and proactively adjust schedules to meet business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes via KPI tracking and ECO support.
