Job summary

SUPER MICRO COMPUTER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Production Planner to lead end-to-end planning and scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal capacity usage.

You will develop master schedules from forecasts, manage WIP, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Production teams to meet customer commitments. The ideal candidate has around 5 years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and a degree in operations or supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field; relevant experience accepted.
• 5 years of production planning or manufacturing planning experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop master production schedules based on forecasts and material availability.
• Monitor WIP, lead times and adjust plans to optimize resource use.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Production teams; align with HQ for ramp-ups.
• Analyze capacity constraints and propose balancing or outsourcing strategies.
• Support data-driven decision-making using forecasts, KPIs, and production data.
