Job summary

Technocom Systems Sdn Bhd in Tebrau, Johor is seeking a capable Planner to manage production planning from order to delivery. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, monitor customer forecasts, issue weekly production orders, and coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

Good communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications and SAP system is preferable but optional.
Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform production planning beginning from customer's order to delivery finished goods at customer’s level; liaise with internal parties to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor forecast or orders and manage system demand accordingly.
Issue production orders to production team weekly; check material readiness and schedule production.
Coordinate production progress, sample builds, and shipment; schedule on-time delivery to customers.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, warehouse and shipping teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to EHS policies and participate in special projects as assigned.
