Airfoil Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Production Planner to manage and improve production planning and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth coordination with support teams.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, run capacity simulations, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize throughput. Strong Excel (VBA) and basic Power BI skills, plus ERP familiarity, are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in supply chain or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in production planning or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Experience in repair process and production planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and sequence purchase orders according to available production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Utilize simulation tools to evaluate capacity and forecast performance under varying conditions.
• Analyze disruptions and develop mitigation scenarios.
• Track PO progress including TAT and OTD across production lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Cluster Leaders for transparency on production status and escalation.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to align on order status and priorities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize manpower and throughput.
• Prepare regular production performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
