Frencken Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate CNC machining production activities, ensuring efficient machine utilization and on-time delivery. The role collaborates with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and subcontract teams to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning within a precision manufacturing environment and familiarity with SAP ERP and MES systems.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a precision manufacturing environment
Experience in CNC machining processes and production flow is an added advantage
Knowledge of SAP ERP and MES systems preferred

Responsabilités

Prepare daily, weekly planning schedules based on customer demand and priorities
Coordinate machine allocation and optimize CNC machine utilization
Monitor WIP and production status to ensure on-time delivery
Release and manage work orders in SAP and MES systems
Coordinate with Purchasing and Materials teams to ensure material readiness
Track production performance against schedule commitments and report KPIs
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning
