Job summary

Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Planner to coordinate daily production schedules, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery across a busy manufacturing floor.

You will analyze capacity, monitor progress, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in related field, with at least 1 year of planning or manufacturing experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant planning or manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze capacity, manpower, and equipment utilization to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Adjust schedules based on customer demand and operational priorities.
• Track performance, cycle times, and output against targets.
• Prepare and maintain planning reports and performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
