Job summary

Micron Concept Aerostructures Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Production Planner to keep manufacturing on schedule and deliver on time commitments at our Shah Alam facility. You will plan and monitor production orders, coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Quality, and update the ERP system while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Advanced Diploma / Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year experience in project management, production planning or manufacturing.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Aerospace / manufacturing experience (added advantage).
Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 (added advantage).
ERP/MRP experience (added advantage).

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production orders to meet delivery targets.
Monitor production progress and adjust plans when required.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality and other departments.
Monitor materials, WIP, subcontracting and production capacity.
Update production schedules and orders in the ERP system.
Identify production delays and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Provide updates on production status, capacity and delivery risks.
Prepare monthly planning reports.
