Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management based in Senai, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to optimize material flow and inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics and has at least 2 years of production planning experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage production schedules based on forecasts and orders.
• Perform MRP and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams.
• Monitor FG inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and follow up on delivery performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production planning, inventory and performance reports.
• Identify planning and inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning efficiency.
