Job summary

LyondellBasell Polymers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Planner responsible for coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, inventory, and material availability across key departments.

You will develop daily–monthly plans, verify raw materials, issue formulations, monitor progress, and provide realistic lead times to internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in plant efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing/Business Administration or related discipline.
3–5 years of production planning or logistics experience.
Experience with ERP systems (Macola/SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
Schedule customer orders to maximize satisfaction and manufacturing effectiveness.
Review priorities and adjust plans to changing business needs.
Provide accurate production lead times to stakeholders.
Monitor adherence to schedules and propose corrective actions.
