Job summary

Agilent Technologies LDA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Planner / Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that ensure on-time delivery while optimizing capacity, inventory, labor, and material availability.

This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement to balance demand and supply. Responsibilities include creating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, aligning build plans, monitoring progress, adjusting for constraints, coordinating with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of production planning/scheduling experience.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems (SAP/MES or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
Align with supply planner on build plans and translate into executable manufacturing plans.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules to address constraints, shortages, or changes in priorities.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability and reduce disruptions.
