Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Production Planner / Scheduler in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, inventory, and labor utilization.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to balance demand and supply, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to maintain on‑time delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience in production planning and scheduling.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, MES or equivalent.
High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Coordinate with supply planning to align build plans with demand.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for capacity and material availability.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Support capacity planning and long-term demand growth.
