Job summary

LyondellBasell in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Supply Planning Specialist to manage end-to-end supply planning across Asia sites, balancing demand, production capacity and inventory to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective operations.

You will collaborate with site planning, production and demand planning teams, lead RCCP feasibility checks, monitor KPIs, manage risks and drive continuous improvements in regional supply planning practices to strengthen resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of regional supply planning or related experience.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Formulate regional supply plans aligning with demand and capacity.
• Lead RCCP planning and ensure feasibility of supply plans.
• Monitor inventory, DOH, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with site planning, production, and demand planning teams.
• Manage tolling activities and supplier/partner evaluations.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
