Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Supply Planning Specialist to manage end-to-end supply planning across Asia sites. You will balance demand, production capacity, and inventory, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-efficient operations.

The role requires strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration with site planning, production, and demand planning teams to develop robust regional supply plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in supply planning or related areas.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient in SAP IBP/APO and advanced Excel; BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate regional supply plans aligned with demand and production capacity.
• Lead RCCP to verify feasibility of plans.
• Monitor and collaborate with site planning teams across sites.
• Oversee tolling activities and renew tolling agreements.
• Analyze data and report metrics (DOH, forecast accuracy, delivery performance).
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvements in regional supply planning processes.
