Job summary

Exis Tech Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian engineering company specializing in industrial automation solutions, invites a motivated Purchasing Executive to join our growing team in Negeri Sembilan. You will handle purchase orders, supplier coordination, and ERP data management to support our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in supply chain or equivalent with experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in supply chain or equivalent with 3 years working experience in related field.
• Non-degree holders with more than 5 years working experience in related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue, record, and file purchase orders and related admin tasks.
• Maintain supplier database and purchasing records.
• Create and maintain purchase data in ERP system.
• Supervise suppliers for service, delivery, quality and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines with suppliers.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
