Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles within manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and inventory control.
• Proficiency in using procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with cost analysis and budget management.
• Familiarity with supplier evaluation and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and selecting suppliers while ensuring quality standards, pricing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities and costs.
• Negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms and service levels.
• Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining vendor databases with up-to-date information.
• Coordinating with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
• Tracking shipments and managing delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Resolving supply chain issues, including delays, discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and preparing regular reports on purchasing activities.
• Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Supporting inventory management by forecasting demand and coordinating stock levels.
