Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in Purchasing or similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Construction Management or relevant fields.
• Proficiency in vendor sourcing (researching, evaluating, liaising with vendors).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SQL.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Attention to detail and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Manage inventories and pricing records.
• Process daily purchasing operations including sourcing, issuing Purchase Orders, and matching deliveries with invoices.
• Negotiate payment terms and best pricing.
• Ensure all incoming Purchase Requisitions are processed promptly.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery; review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated inventory records and vendor databases.
• Coordinate with project team for proper storage and cost control.
