• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Knowledge of import processes, including coordination with local authorities, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services based on project and operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and promptly.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, warehouse, and accounts departments to ensure smooth procurement flow.
• Analyze price trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with local authorities for import permits, exemptions, and compliance.
• Manage shipping activities, including documentation and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure procurement complies with policies, ISO standards, and legal requirements.
• Handle issues related to defects, delays, or disputes with suppliers.
• Maintain records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier database.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior or Head of Department.
