Qualifications

• Understanding of Procurement Processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for vendors, addressing issues from the E-Procurement system (Ariba).
• Support the preparation of tender packages ensuring compliance.
• Assist vendors during submission periods and track submissions.
• Compile data into evaluation templates and document criteria.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and foster relationships.
