Job summary

ETI SINGAPORE TECHNOLOGY GROUP PTE LTD in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Senior Engineer/Manager to bridge clients and internal production. You will assess heavy stamping and precision CNC processes, and provide technical proposals for multi‑process parts with accurate cost modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or manufacturing engineering in metal-forming and precision machining facilities.
• Strong knowledge of progressive dies, stage tooling, press lines, feed lines, and material behavior under high stress.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical review of RFQs for metal stamping, CNC machining, and hybrid assemblies.
• Perform DFM analyses to evaluate tooling demands, press tonnage, and milling/turning cycle efficiencies.
• Collaborate with tooling engineers, machinists, and procurement to build reliable cost models covering raw materials, tooling and finishes.
• Serve as primary technical contact during commercial cycles, translating production constraints into client guidance.
• Ensure smooth handovers from sales to production with detailed technical briefs and router assumptions.
