Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organise and prioritise projects and tasks effectively
• Monitor process performance and drive improvements
• Design and produce jigs and fixtures
• Support NPI, prototype builds, and process validation
• Collaborate with Operations to develop cost-effective production processes
• Plan and create mechanical designs for new products
• Review drawings and specs, and design jigs and fixtures
• Design in SolidWorks and specify tolerances for processes (e.g., bending, CNC)
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and purchasing
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by reducing cycle time, scrap, and rework
