Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in metal cutting tools or CNC machining.
Comprehensive knowledge of CNC programming and modern machining technologies.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and GD&T.
Experience in conducting technical consultations and resolving customer challenges.
Strong analytical and leadership skills to manage technical projects.

Responsibilities

Technical Support: provide timely solutions to product inquiries and challenges.
Customer Collaboration: analyze requirements and tailor solutions to improve machining performance.
Problem-Solving: resolve complex machining issues and provide practical guidance.
Application Testing: conduct trials for new and existing products on customer applications.
Product Development: give feedback to improve tools and systems.
Process Optimization: manage cost-saving initiatives and tool management programs.
Training Delivery: lead technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
