Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and alliances. You will develop partner programs, enablement frameworks, and sales strategies from planning through execution, working with partners and internal teams to expand opportunities and hit targets.

You will recruit and develop VAPs and Alliance Partners, lead partner marketing programs, and empower partners to promote, sell, implement, and support Esri Malaysia solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in IT channel sales and alliance management.
• Ability to drive sales growth through partnerships.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow partner ecosystem by recruiting and developing partners.
