Job summary

EY Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market growth and revenue generation across priority client segments. You will work with Partners and client-serving teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships and contribute to EY's Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, Tax and Assurance businesses.

You will lead client discussions, build a robust pipeline and coordinate pursuit activities to ensure opportunities progress through the sales

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or client relationship management.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across EY service offerings and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and engage senior stakeholders to address business needs.
Market Engagement & Brand Building: Represent EY at industry events, develop a strong professional network, monitor market trends and share insights.
Pursuit & Opportunity Management: Collaborate with Partners and engagement teams to develop compelling proposals and manage the sales pipeline.
