Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales growth for electric sector clients in Malaysia. You will lead the full sales cycle, working closely with internal teams to build strong client relationships and tailor IT solutions to meet evolving needs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years in IT enterprise solution sales, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication. Willingness to travel and a proactive, hunter mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 to 8 years of working experience in IT enterprise solution sales.
• Experience working with Electric, GLC & commercial customers is an added advantage.
• Positive, proactive, hunter personality, result oriented, ambitious and able to work independently.
• Ability to develop & execute sector sales plan.
• Ability to gain customers & partners’ trust and develop sales leads independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to handle enterprise sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management, sales presentation, sales documents handling to large solution tender bidding.
• Wiling to work hard & travel.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales results: Working with internal resources to develop sector plans, create new leads and sales growth for the assigned sales sectors.
• Developing customer relationships: To develop customer & partner relationships, mindshare & trust for Esri Malaysia and its related solutions.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to tender bidding and contract closure.
