We are looking for a Strategic Partner Development Executive / Manager to manage and grow external business partnerships, including outsource marketing suppliers, CPA networks, DSP partners, sponsorship partners, agencies, media owners, KOL agencies, and strategic business collaborations.
This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, managing, and evaluating third-party marketing and partnership channels to drive growth and business performance.
Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across Malaysia and regional markets.
Source, onboard, and manage third-party partners, including CPA networks, DSPs, agencies, media buyers, KOL agencies, sponsorship partners, and outsourced marketing vendors.
Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, CPA arrangements, fixed budgets, revenue-sharing models, sponsorship packages, and campaign deliverables.
Evaluate partner quality, traffic and lead quality, conversion performance, cost efficiency, and overall ROI.
Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records of partner information, contracts, campaign details, performance reports, and payment tracking.
Monitor partner and supplier performance and recommend whether to scale, pause, renegotiate, or terminate partnerships based on performance and business results.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable partners while continuously identifying new business and growth opportunities.
Ensure all partnerships comply with company policies, brand standards, contractual requirements, and applicable compliance guidelines.
Prepare weekly reports covering the partner pipeline, active partnerships, campaign performance, key results, and next-step action plans.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, affiliate management, media buying partnerships, or agency/vendor management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CPA, CPL, revenue share, fixed-fee sponsorships, outsourced marketing, and digital advertising models.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, affiliate marketing, KOLs, sponsorships, and media buying.
Ability to evaluate partner performance based on data, costs, conversions, and ROI.
Strong sense of ownership, execution skills, and follow-up discipline.
Willingness to work on-site in Malaysia.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
