MyDIGITAL Corporation is seeking an Executive, Corporate Partnerships to support planning, coordination and implementation of partnership initiatives. The role provides operational and administrative support for partnership coordination, portfolio management, corporate planning and stakeholder engagements.
The role involves coordinating with internal divisions and external partners, preparing documentation, reports, and coordinating events, with a six-month contract.

The Executive, Corporate Partnerships supports the planning, coordination and implementation of MyDIGITAL Corporation's corporate partnership initiatives. The role provides operational and administrative support in partnership coordination, portfolio management, corporate planning and stakeholder engagements to facilitate strategic collaborations aligned with the organisation's objectives.
Support the planning, coordination and implementation of corporate partnership initiatives in alignment with MyDIGITAL Corporation's strategic priorities and organisational objectives.
Coordinate partnership-related activities by liaising with internal divisions and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, timely follow-up and implementation of agreed actions.
Prepare and maintain partnership-related documentation, including proposals, briefing materials, meeting papers, presentations, minutes of meetings, official correspondence and collaboration records.
Maintain and regularly update the organisation's partnership portfolio and stakeholder database, ensuring partnership information, deliverables and engagement records remain accurate and accessible.
Monitor partnership activities, milestones and timelines by consolidating progress updates from relevant stakeholders and preparing periodic reports to support project implementation and management decision-making.
Support the coordination and consolidation of information relating to the Company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partnerships and sponsorship initiatives, including the preparation of reports and supporting documentation.
Conduct background research and environmental scanning on prospective partners, industry developments and strategic collaboration opportunities to support partnership initiatives and organisational programmes.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes and other supporting materials for management, Board engagements and meetings with government agencies, industry partners and other stakeholders.
Coordinate the administrative and logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, partnership engagements, corporate events and other activities involving strategic partners.
Maintain organised project and partnership records, while documenting partnership outcomes, engagement history and lessons learnt to support organisational knowledge management and continuous improvement.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Management from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Management, International Relations, Public Policy or other related disciplines.
1–3 years of relevant working experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership coordination, project administration, corporate affairs, business development support or other related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
Experience in coordinating projects, programmes or events involving multiple stakeholders will be an advantage.
Exposure to working with government agencies, private sector organisations, academia, non-governmental organisations or development partners will be an added advantage.
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, briefing materials and official correspondence will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting established timelines.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, meeting documentation and other corporate materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organise and synthesise information from various sources to support partnership initiatives and organisational programmes.
Proactive, resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Professional, organised and able to exercise discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel as required to support stakeholder engagements, partnership activities and corporate events.
This role is a Contract for Service (CFS) position for six (6) months only. Renewal is not automatic and based on organisational needs.
