KC Distributions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive to consolidate retailer preorders and generate purchase orders. You will maintain product information, pricing, and order records while coordinating with suppliers on confirmations, allocations and delivery schedules.

You'll track preorder deadlines and liaise with sales, operations and finance to keep orders moving smoothly, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
• Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and multiple product lines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Relevant purchasing, merchandising, inventory planning or distribution experience.
• An interest in toys, collectibles, anime merchandise or TCG products is an advantage.
• For the Buyer level, experience making purchasing recommendations using sales and inventory data.
