Job summary

TD EXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive to join our Johor Bahru team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating production activities, managing scheduling processes, and supporting planning functions to optimise operations across manufacturing, transport and logistics.

The candidate will work with multiple departments to align with operational objectives, monitor efficiency, and drive continuous process improvements. A Diploma/Bachelor in SCM or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, production planning, scheduling in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and deadline-driven work style.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, picking and outbound.
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling with cross-department teams.
• Monitor KPIs, turnaround times, and cost efficiency; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage inventory in the WMS and conduct cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and SOPs.
• Assist senior management with capacity planning and client billing verifications.
