Job summary

TD EXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive, organized Operations Assistant to join our logistics and warehouse management team in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate daily shipment activities and support operational workflows to ensure smooth supply chain execution.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM or a diploma in logistics, supply chain or business administration.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in writing and speaking.
• Experience in logistics operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and generate daily operational delivery documentation (DOs and packing lists).
• Maintain real-time records in the in-house management system for orders.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics partners, and clients for timely cargo handling.
• Act as a primary contact for routine customer inquiries and status updates.
• Support Operations Manager with admin duties, billing data, and reporting.
• Assist with customs checks and SOP compliance.
• Arrange special service requests with clients (labour, repackaging).
• Follow up on deliveries, driver schedules, and escalation issues.
