Job summary

Poo Trading Import & Export Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable sales professional in Malaysia to manage and grow relationships with modern trade customers, particularly supermarkets. You will support sales performance, customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

The role involves handling quotations, orders, forecasts and price negotiations, coordinating promotions, and visiting stores to ensure product availability and quality. Travel will be required for customer and store visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales, key account management or modern trade advantageous.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer and store visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with modern trade customers, especially supermarkets.
• Handle quotations, customer orders, sales forecasts and price negotiations.
• Coordinate promotional activities and business development initiatives.
• Conduct regular customer and store visits to monitor product availability and quality.
• Liaise with buyers and store personnel to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor customer needs and identify opportunities to strengthen account performance.
