Job summary

FM Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior sales leader to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions in Malaysia.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, lead presentations and client meetings, and negotiate contracts to drive growth while ensuring service excellence with operations and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions based on customer requirements
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements
