Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional L&D experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs with department heads and senior management.
• Design and develop learning programmes (classroom, online, workshops, mentoring).
• Deliver training across the organisation with quality content and facilitation.
