Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia's Penang site seeks an Ops Project Manager III to lead strategic, enterprise-scale initiatives for defined customers. You will manage multi-functional teams, oversee schedules, cost, and quality, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

You will translate requirements into actionable plans, align stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Jabil's standards and policies across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering is required.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience or related discipline.
• Equivalent education, training and/or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate project requirements for execution.
• Build teams to address project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering to product acceptance.
• Align project milestones, goals and objectives across functions.
• Review schedules with project managers and coordinators.
• Provide guidance to teams to achieve project goals and initiatives.
• Report status, issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop plans with KPIs and manage scope, time and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders and manage expectations.
