We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own end-to-end recruitment delivery across IT, Tech, Finance, and Corporate roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate workforce plans into hiring solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years recruitment experience in large or complex organisations.
• Experience hiring across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience in technology recruitment (software, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, data).
• Knowledge of Malaysian talent market and recruitment channels.
• Experience with career fairs and campus hiring.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume or complex hiring independently.
• Understanding recruitment governance and local employment regulations.
• Analytical mindset with recruitment metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for defined business domains.
• Provide advisory support to hiring managers for junior to senior roles.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand talent needs and hiring plan.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide updates on recruitment gaps.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse talent.
• Represent Singtel at career fairs and campus events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Streamline sourcing and hiring processes for efficiency.
