Job summary

EBC Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end recruitment across Malaysia and other regions. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage timelines for both volume and senior positions.

You will lead a regional recruitment function, build strong candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to stakeholders. A strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with supervisory exposure.
• Regional or multi-country recruitment experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned countries and functions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Advise on salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and market conditions.
• Manage recruitment for volume and specialised positions across levels, including senior roles.
• Oversee multi-country recruitment and cross-border talent sourcing when required.
• Provide clear candidate recommendations and market insights.
