Mission Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd (MCS) is seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive focused on securing IT recruitment contracts and expanding client relationships in Malaysia. The role emphasizes strategic sales, tender participation, and account management across government and financial sector clients.

You will identify opportunities, present compelling proposals, and close end-to-end deals while traveling to events and engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT sales or recruitment agency sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a competitive environment.
Experience leading and closing end-to-end deals, including RFPs and tender processes.
Cultural adaptability to work across countries in a global organization.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and leads through online research, networking, cold calling, and events.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations to secure IT recruitment contracts.
Lead responses to RFPs for IT recruitment in government and financial sectors.
Maintain and expand IT sales and recruitment activities; open new accounts and support recruitment.
Engage with clients and candidates at all levels and deliver on sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and terms aligned with profitability goals.
