Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, project management, process improvement and change management.
• Tertiary education in business, management, actuarial science or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategy Formulation and Execution: Assist in developing and refining the corporate vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with the Head to manage strategic planning processes and initiatives.
• Performance and Transformation Management: Monitor and report on the execution of strategic plans and transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support change management efforts.
• Analyze macroeconomic factors, competitive dynamics, and organizational capabilities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including the board of directors, global/regional offices, local senior leadership, regulators, external parties and so forth.
• Project Management: Lead strategic projects from inception to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and the Head of Business Management.
• Support M&A and Partnerships: Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A activities and strategic partnerships.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
