Job summary

Manulife is seeking a senior Process Improvement Lead to evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization across Operations. You will lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, driving standardization and adoption of best practices.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance operations, a university degree, and strong stakeholder collaboration to implement technology-enabled improvements and manage change effectively.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably with deep understanding of insurance operations.
• Experience in planning, designing, and implementing business processes, organizational changes, and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of local business environments, key processes, and operational risks.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives within Operations.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate business requirements and support the implementation of technology-enabled improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Support organizational change and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and assess their effectiveness in delivering intended business outcomes.
