Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives within Operations. You will evaluate current business processes, design transformations, and partner with stakeholders to implement technology-enabled solutions that meet strategic objectives.

The role requires deep experience in insurance operations, strong change management skills, and the ability to drive standardization across functions.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of working experience, preferably with deep understanding of insurance operations.
• Experience in planning, designing, and implementing business processes, organizational changes, and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of local business environments, key processes, and operational risks.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives within Operations.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate business requirements and support the implementation of technology-enabled improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Support organizational change and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and assess their effectiveness in delivering intended business outcomes.
