Job summary

Axiom is seeking a HR Business Partner located in Perai/Batu Kawan, Penang to implement HR programs and partner with business leaders on people initiatives. You’ll support growth and profitability by addressing talent needs, engagement, and policy guidance.

You’ll work with site management on talent planning, onboarding, performance reviews, diversity and inclusion, and local recruitment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and 1–3 years of experience, with strong communication and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• Good communication skills and excellent relational skills.
• Demonstrates a general knowledge of Flex policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on HR strategies and talent needs.
• Advise site management on employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Guide managers on policy interpretation and legal awareness.
• Administer employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and performance reviews.
• Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and culture change.
• Coordinate local recruitment programs and participate in job fairs.
