Job summary

Flex in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking a Director-level HR business partner to lead strategic HR initiatives and support the planned spin-off to Axiom. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent management, and restructuring to enable sustainable business growth.

The role requires deep HR expertise across multiple functions, strong people leadership, and the ability to drive change in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 13 years of HR, consulting, project management, and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring.
• Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management and rewards planning.
• Drive lean initiatives and ensure alignment of HR programs with business goals.
