Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Manager, HR (Shared Services) to lead the HR strategy and shared services across the Group and its subsidiaries. The role reports directly to the CEO and drives payroll, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and process improvements within a lean, high‑performing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of HR and operational management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and HRIS/payroll management platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end HR shared services operations, including payroll administration, employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding), leave/claims processing, and benefits management across all subsidiaries.
• Plan and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Champion workforce planning, capability development, succession planning and manage employee relations, development as well as recruitment.
• Ensure group-wide compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory HR requirements.
• Adapt and maintain flexible shared service processes tailored to the distinct operational nuances and regulatory needs of our various business units.
